I don’t have sensitive skin but every time I’ve tried a fruit facial or any fruit based pack it has led to breakouts. I was quite apprehensive of trying out the Refreshing Fruit Pack by Himalaya Herbals because of this but thankfully the effect has been wonderful.
About the Himalaya Herbals Refreshing Fruit Pack
Himalaya’s Refreshing Fruit Pack blends together a host of natural fruity ingredients that leave your skin feeling rejuvenated and soft. The extracts of Papaya, Fig, Crab Apple, Cucumber and Fuller’s Earth nourish the skin and improve skin glow. Our Refreshing Fruit Pack cools the skin, smoothening it and removing deeply embedded impurities.
Directions for use:
Apply Refreshing Fruit Pack evenly over cleansed face and neck, avoiding the area around the eyes and mouth. Let the mask dry for 10-15 minutes, and remove with a wet sponge or towel. Rinse with cool water. For optimal results, use once a week. Best for normal to dry skin.
Pack size: 50g and 100g
Price : Rs 130 (100g), Rs 70 (50g)
My thoughts on the product :
- Simple and sturdy tube packaging
- The face pack has a mild fruity smell, a creamy consistency and spreads evenly on the skin. There is a slight tingling sensation once you apply it but that goes away after a few seconds. Himalaya Herbals say that this is normal but obviously if it gets unbearable or itchy then wash off immediately
- After rinsing off, my skin feels soft, clean and refreshed. It has also helped to lighten my tan so for that I give it a big thumbs up
- Does not dry out my normal-dry skin
- Does not lead to breakouts
- For summer, I would recommend this pack because it is not only effective but also very reasonably priced. Works a lot better than some of the more expensive face packs.
