If you have been to The Square at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, you will know that they have one of the best buffets in town with a huge vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread. Well, their a la carte menu has also been very impressive but now, with the addition of new dishes, they have taken it a notch higher. I was invited by the management for a tasting of the new menu and I was very impressed!
