Raaga Professional is the salon brand of CavinKare and ProBotanix, their hair care range. ProBotanix products are meticulously designed especially offering solace for the perennial issue of thinning hair, besides offering protection to coloured hair, restoring dry and damaged hair, smoothing frizzy hair and effective dandruff solution. Furthermore, they are custom designed to suit different hair needs and climatic conditions. In this post, I’ll share how I do a hair spa at home with the ProBotanix products .
For hair spa, I use three products from the ProBotanix range :
1. Repair & Nourish shampoo – coz I have dry hair. Depending on your hair type, you can go for either the anti-dandruff, anti-frizz, volume essence or the color protect shampoo.
2. Hydrating Concentrate for dry and sensitive scalp – one box contains 9 tiny bottles of hydrating ampules priced at Rs 720. If you have dandruff then go for the Purifying concentrate.
3. Hair Spa Vitalizing Creambath for dry and dull hair – This cream with shea butter and mango extracts claim to restore sheen and bounce by locking in moisture. The other variant is the nourishing creambath and both are priced at Rs 720 (750 ml).
It is very easy to do the spa at home. I follow these steps:
1. Wash hair with the shampoo and towel dry
2. Take two scoops of the creambath in a bowl and empty one ampule in it. Mix the two together and apply on the hair
3. Massage for 15-20 mins
4. Cover hair with a hot towel for 10 mins
5. Rinse off and towel dry
What I like about the ProBotanix range is that the products are affordable and they yield good results. I use the shampoo on its own as well and I like how soft it makes my hair. The hair spa products are also wonderful and after washing off, I love how my hair feels. It’s soft, smooth and looks healthy. Would definitely recommend thePro Botanix range to you. The packaging says that the range is available for use only in professional salons so not sure if you can buy them outside. However, the brand does say that the range is available in more than 2000 salons all over India so maybe you can ask if your salon stocks ProBotanix. If it does, do try.
P.S – PR Samples.

Even though I haven’t heard of the brand before, I am always on the lookout for products that help with my dry, frizzy hair. The creambath is kinda calling me.
