The last time I used an epilator was nearly 15 years back! I was getting tired of waxing and wanted an easier alternative so bought one. It was convenient no doubt but those days, the epilators were not that advanced and they hurt! After using for a couple of months, I switched to a razor and that’s what I’ve been using all these years till I got the new Philips Satinelle Advanced epilator to try out. In fact, I’ve actually been trying out two epilators and will write about the second one soon. This post is all about Philips Satinelle Advanced.
Product Description
Enjoy long lasting smoothness with Philips Satinelle Advanced epilator. Gently removes hairs at the root, as short as 0.5mm. Hairs grow back thinner and more slowly to enjoy up to 4 weeks hair-free skin. Use wet or dry.
Price – Rs 5995
Availability – Flipkart, Amazon India and in stores
- The new Philips Satinelle Advanced Epilator comes in a pink cardboard box which includes the product, its accessories and a white pouch to store everything
- It is a battery operated device and comes with two speed settings. The epilator is cordless and the best part is that it can be used both wet and dry
- Along with the epilator head, there is a shaving attachment and a sensitive cap for removing hair from sensitive areas like the under arms and the bikini line. It also includes a skin stretcher attachment which is quite unique. Makes the hair removal process easier.
- Does it hurt? It does but I think I’ve become thick-skinned now coz I don’t feel that much pain. Also, I find that using it wet minimises the pain
- It removes hair as small as short as 0.5mm which waxing surely cannot. This basically means that you can have hair-free skin anytime.
Using a razor is pain-free but using an epilator is way more safe. No fear of cutting the skin and it removes even the shortest hair. Thanks to my Philips Satinelle Advanced experience, I’ve surely become a convert!
Do you use an epilator for hair removal?
