Last Tuesday was starting out to be just another normal day till I received an email from Godrej Expert. I had participated in their #SabseRangeenHoli activity and written a post where I shared some of my Holi memories from childhood. They liked that post and offered me an opportunity to travel anywhere in India to spend Holi with my loved ones. I obviously could not believe my eyes and it took me a while to register what I was reading. I said yes and Friday morning, traveled to Delhi to spend the weekend with Indrani, one of my oldest friends. We were in school together and the friendship that started in class four has stayed firm and strong till today. We last met about a year back and since she was back in Delhi, this was the perfect time to meet her.
Holi 2015 turned out to be my best ever! I landed up at Indrani’s place around 10 a.m and from that time till I came back home Monday afternoon, it was just non-stop fun. For Holi, we went over to a friend’s place where they were having a party and we played like crazy! From throwing balloons to pouring water over each other to smearing gulaal to dancing, we did everything. Godrej Expert was very sweet to send a photographer and some goodies for me and it was wonderful to have them over at the party.
